· Your property is entered in the Realtor multiple list system so all licensed Realtors in the State of Maryland can show your home.
· Your property is entered on our web site and on all other major web sites such as Realtor.com, Coldwell Banker.com, Long & Foster.com, Re/Max.com, C-21.com, etc. etc. etc.
· A visual tour of your property is uploaded online for all buyers to see.
· We provide an estimated Seller Net Proceeds Sheet from the sale of your home.
· We prepare all contract forms for the buyer and seller where applicable and review all other Broker contract forms for their buyers so that you are fully protected.
· We handle all negotiations and counter-offers and oversee the transaction up to and including settlement.
· We follow up on buyer qualifications to ascertain they can afford to buy the house.
· We coordinate all the required inspections.
